Tesa 52018 Softprint X-Soft 380 µm is a double-sided foam tape specifically designed for mounting photopolymer plates with a thickness
of 1.14 mm (0.045") or 1.70 mm (0.067") in flexographic label printing.
The unique properties of tesa 52018 Softprint X-Soft 380 µm make it ideal for fine screen printing, especially when using harder digital plates.
Foam characteristics:
• Highly compressible foam with excellent foam recovery properties for superior printing results
• Durable foam recovery even under prolonged, high-speed operation
• Small thickness tolerance for quick plate mounting and reduced waste
Adhesive characteristics:
• Secure adhesion to the plate cylinder or sleeve surface, and easy plate removal
• Optimized adhesion prevents plate lifting and movement
• Leaves no residue upon removal
• Does not increase bonding strength, facilitating repositioning, especially for plate and tape removal.

• Embossed PP release liner prevents air bubbles during plate mounting
• Yellow logo indicates the extra-soft foam series
